Company acts solely as a software provider and is not responsible for User compliance obligations.
5. SMS, Email, and Communications Compliance
Users are solely responsible for compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, A2P messaging requirements, carrier regulations, and all other applicable laws governing communications sent through the Platform.
Company does not initiate communications on behalf of Users and assumes no liability for messages, calls, emails, or other communications sent by Users through the Platform.
6. Consent to Communications
By providing your contact information to Company, you consent to receive administrative, transactional, and service-related communications from Company, including by email and SMS where permitted by law.
Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time as provided in the communication.
7. Data Retention
We retain information as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
